Gunman sought after man shot in face in Rock Hill
Rock Hill Police are searching for a suspect after a man was shot in the face Sunday night.
The shooting happened about 8:15 p.m. on the 200 block of Friedheim Road, according to a police report. First responders found the victim bleeding from an injury to his face.
EMS transported the victim, police said. Witnesses told officers they heard a single gunshot and saw a man running from the scene.
The K-9 team and forensic investigators were called to the scene. No arrests have been made, and a police spokesman said Monday morning that the victim is expected to recover.
