Rock Hill man accused of repeatedly molesting girl, 7
Police arrested a Rock Hill man on charges he repeatedly had sex with a 7-year-old girl, according to law enforcement records.
John Frazier Quarles, 47, of Finley Road, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to a Rock Hill Police report. He was placed in the Rock Hill city jail, where he was awaiting a bond hearing Wednesday morning.
A woman told officers Quarles has been having sex with the victim “for a long time,” according to the report. She said the sex happens every time the girl goes to Quarles’ house.
Officers were not able to talk with the girl because she was in school, but the woman said she has video of the child “talking about the incidents,” police said.
