Lancaster man sought for attempted murder
Lancaster police are searching for an attempted murder suspect who tried to shoot at someone after a traffic dispute.
Tony Anthony Deese Jr., 23, of the 300 block of Old Camden Road in Lancaster, was involved in a physical altercation with a person after a traffic dispute, said Capt. Scott Grant, spokesman for the Lancaster Police Department. After the altercation, Deese and his companions left the area while the other people involved returned to work.
A short time later, Deese returned and fired several shots at the victims as he drove by, Grant said. No injuries were reported.
Deese is wanted on two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, Grant said, and he should be considered armed and dangerous.
