Chester man shot in leg Tuesday night
Investigators are searching for leads after a man was shot in the leg late Tuesday, according to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened just before midnight on the 500 block of Flint Street, according to a sheriff’s report. Officers saw a group of people standing around a man in front of the apartment building. The man had a visible gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was taken by EMS to a hospital.
Chief Deputy Robert Sprouse said Wednesday that it’s not clear what prompted the shooting, and that the victim is not cooperating with investigators.
No arrests have been made.
