Woman’s license plate stolen while at Rock Hill St. Patrick’s festival

A Rock Hill woman told police that her license plate was stolen while she was at Rock Hill’s St. Patrick’s Day festival Thursday night.

The festival was held on a closed-off Main Street in downtown Rock Hill.

The woman told officers that she parked her Ford Fusion in a downtown lot around 5 p.m., according to a police report. When the woman came back to her car to leave at 8 p.m. she noticed the tag was missing and called police.
