A Rock Hill man was arrested this week after investigators say they found child pornography on his computer.
Joshua Adam Figarola, 22, was arrested Tuesday on 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s office. He remains in jail at the York County Detention Center on a $110,000 bond.
The York County Sheriff’s Office, a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, made the arrest. Investigators say Figarola downloaded child pornography.
Criminal sexual exploitation of a minor is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 imprisonment on each count.
The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
