Rock Hill man sentenced to 10 years in prison for child porn videos
A Rock Hill man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after a York County jury found him guilty on 27 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor for possession of child pornography videos, according to court and jail officials.
Aaron Baynard Griswold, 35, was convicted late Friday of having the videos on a computer in the case prosecuted by the S.C. Attorney General’s Office. The convictions were for sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree, which alleged Griswold knew and possessed the materials and the materials showed a depiction of sexual activity.
Once released, Griswold will also have to register as a sex offender for life. He remains in the York County jail pending being taken to the S.C. Department of Corrections.
