York man says pit bulls killed his goats
A pair of pit bulls attacked and killed three goats in York on Thursday, according to a York County Sheriff’s Office report.
The owner of the goats told responding officers that he found all three goats dead from the attack after seeing two dogs running loose on his property on Rocky Creek Road.
It is illegal for dogs to be unleashed in York County.
Animal Control officers responded, finding the goats had been bitten in the neck, face and legs, the report states.
Officers captured both dogs but had yet to identify the owner of the dogs, according to the report.
