Police arrest suspect in Peeping Tom incident at Rock Hill laundromat
Rock Hill police arrested a man they say used his cellphone to look up a woman’s skirt while inside a laundromat.
Tomi Darel Erby, 28, of Rock Hill, was charged with voyeurism, according to jail records. He remained in the York County Detention Center on Tuesday under $10,000 bond.
The incident happened June 15 at Kwik Klean Laundry on Albright Road, according to a police report. The victim said she was unloading her laundry from a washer when she saw a man, later identified as Erby, holding his cellphone underneath her skirt.
Erby left when the victim yelled at him, police said.
