Clover man accused of distributing child porn

A Clover man was charged after investigators say he distributed child pornography via email.

David Joseph Datko was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the S.C. Attorney General’s Office.

The case is being investigated by the Attorney General’s office and the York County Sheriff’s Office, both of which are part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
