$500 necklace stolen from art display in Rock Hill
A handmade necklace valued at $500 was reported missing from the Arts Council of York County Thursday afternoon, according to the Rock Hill Police Department.
A worker at the Arts Council on East Main Street told an officer that the necklace was last seen on July 12 and that she noticed the necklace was missing two days later.
The necklace was made of a metal chain with multi-colored plexiglass charms. The worker told police the Arts Council does have cameras, but they were not working during that time frame.
