Rock Hill man accused of fondling girls
A Rock Hill man is accused of fondling multiple young girls, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Davis Jr., 19, is charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to a sheriff’s report. He remained in the York County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.
Davis is accused of touching multiple girls inappropriately, investigators say. One victim reported in June that Davis had recently put his hands down her pants, and another victim reported that he did the same thing to her a couple of years ago.
