Rock Hill father arrested, accused of hitting son in bathroom brawl
A Rock Hill father faces a felony charge of unlawful conduct toward a child after allegedly beating his son bloody after not taking the child to school, according to police reports.
Bradley Allen Humbarger, 34, was jailed Monday after police responding to the home on Mount Gallant Road found the minor boy in the driveway with a bloody mouth and nose and blood on his shirt, the report states. Officers also found splattered blood in the bathroom of the home.
The child told police his father hit him several times after a verbal dispute became physical. The child was released to the custody of his grandmother.
The boy’s age was not listed.
