Fort Mill shoplifter took $1,000 in perfume, deputies say
A shoplifter took more than $1,000 in perfume from a Fort Mill store, according to authorities.
The female suspect entered the Walgreen’s on Pleasant Road around 4 p.m. Monday and approached the women’s fragrances counter, according to a sheriff’s report.
While no one was looking, she reportedly concealed and took 18 bottles of various perfumes that totaled more than $1,000.
Store officials told deputies the incident was captured on surveillance.
