York Technical College is hoping to strengthen relationships among alumni and the school.

The new York Technical College Alumni Connection launches this fall. It’s a program supported by the York Technical College Foundation that aims to build relationships between the graduates and the college.

“The Alumni Connection is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for York Tech alumni to engage fellow graduates and current students, and reconnect with former classmates and inspirational faculty members,” said Tisha Poteat, director of alumni and engagement at York Technical College.

“Membership is open to York Tech graduates and former students, and they are welcome to participate in the events and programs available through the Connection.”

The Alumni Connection is looking for leaders to serve in its Advisory Group, which will help guide alumni engagement efforts, according to York Tech.

“This volunteer role is a tremendous opportunity for those interested in growing the new alumni program and helping the college broaden its community impact,” the college said.

Applications for the Advisory Group are due Sept. 18. To learn more, visit yorktech.edu/alumni.
