When should kids get to use social media? We want to hear from parents and students

The Herald wants to know what you think about students using social media.

The Clover School District will be part of a lawsuit against social media companies like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Youtube) and the owners of Snapchat and Tik Tok. The lawsuit says the sites target children. We want to know what readers from across the Rock Hill region think about how social media impacts students.

Start by telling us if you’re a parent or a student. We want to hear both sides. Click on the link below for the short survey. If you have more you’d like to share after completing the survey, email your thoughts to jmarks@heraldonline.com.
