Rock Hill students speak French in virtual class with Canadian astronaut

Third-grade students in the French language immersion program at Rosewood Elementary School participated in a live virtual class with retired Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield on Friday.

Students around the world participated in the virtual class and were able to submit questions in advance to Hadfield. Three Rosewood students were selected to ask their questions in French.

Hadfield is known for his videos from the International Space Station and other engaging programs he has led to promote scientific study.
