A married couple face new charges months after they were accused of secretly recording young girls in public places, including a mall and a Six Flags water park, Texas police say.

Taylor Roy and Tasha Roy, who were reportedly both 30 when they were arrested in April, now face four additional invasive visual recording charges, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable said in a June 25 news release. The husband was also charged with possession of child porn and indecency with a child, according to the constable.

The Roys were arrested in April when authorities said Taylor Roy secretly recorded girls while working as a security guard at The Woodlands Mall. Videos showed the girls undressing inside Forever 21 dressing rooms, the constable’s office said.

Additional videos uncovered in the investigation “focused on the young girls’ genital areas (clothed)“ while at local parks in Montgomery County and at the Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown water park in Spring, according to a news release.

Lt. Ken Washington told KPRC “a camera, smartwatch and handheld hidden devices” were used in the recordings.

“Taylor Roy’s wife, Tasha Roy, was interviewed on scene and stated to detectives that she contributed to the recording and creation of the videos in question as well,” the constable’s office said.

Investigators believe the couple offered the videos for sale, KPRC reported. They advertised under their screen name that videos could be purchased “$5 per video, or $20 for all 13,” according to court documents obtained by the station.

Allied Universal, where Taylor Roy was employed as a security officer, said in a statement to KRIV that he was put on administrative leave.

“The reported behavior is wholly inconsistent with the values of Allied Universal and is not representative of our hundreds of thousands of dedicated security professionals who work to keep businesses and communities safe,” the statement read.

The Roys’ child was placed in the care of family members, KHOU reported, citing court records.

The couple was originally held in the Montgomery County Jail on $30,000 bonds, according to the constable. They are not listed in the jail as of Wednesday, June 27.
