A 7-year-old dog found a home after a TikTok video of him went viral, an Arizona animal shelter said.

Jayden, the “sweetest” neutered Boxer, arrived at the Arizona Humane Society as an emaciated stray, according to a Aug. 24 TikTok by the Phoenix shelter that’s garnered over 177,000 views as of Aug. 28.

@azhumanesociety It’s okay to want a puppy, we understand how exciting it can be! We just want to remind you to consider giving our older dogs a chance. Jayden spent 50 days at the shelter, officials said.

Then, the video of him went viral with commenters hoping they could snag Jayden with one person saying “I’ll pick him up todayyyyy!!!”

“Is he still available? We are in Arizona and looking for a new baby to love on and our sweet boy needs a friend,” one person said.

“ILL TAKE HIM,” another person said.

Then Jayden’s future family saw “his video and had to come by and meet him the next day,” according to an Aug. 27 Facebook post by the shelter.

Now, the “calm” cutie gets to “spend the rest of his golden years in a loving home,” the shelter said.
