A former assistant for Jeffrey Epstein alleged that she was victimized by three men while working for the late financier, reportedly including a Florida mayor who ran for governor in 2018.

Sarah Kellen, who worked for Epstein for 15 years, reportedly told lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee during a closed-door session Thursday that she had been assaulted by former Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine and celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai. She also accused late fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier of exposing himself to her, the Miami Herald reported, citing sources who heard Kellen’s testimony.

Investigative journalist Tara Palmeri first reported the new allegations late on Thursday. Levine, Fekkai and Demarchelier were known associates of Epstein and appear in the Justice Department’s trove of evidence linked to the late convicted sex offender, Palmeri reported.

Representative James Comer, a Kentucky Republican who chairs the committee, said the men’s identities were new to investigators and called Kellen “brave” for testifying.

A transcript of Kellen’s testimony is expected to be released sometime next week, a House staffer told Newsweek early Friday.

Levine, who served as mayor of Miami Beach from 2013 through 2017, unsuccessfully ran for Florida governor as a Democrat in 2018. He has previously denied having a “friendship or business relationship” with Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019 in jail as he awaited trial on federal sex trafficking charges.

But Epstein had more than a dozen contacts in his “little black book” for Levine, who told the Herald days after Epstein’s death that he had met him a “couple of times,” but had “no clue” of additional details, the newspaper reported.

“We probably met probably 15-20 years ago at a social event in NY - and probably exchanged biz cards,” Levine told the Herald in 2019. “I really don't recall where and when. Never had any interactions with him and didn't meet beyond that.”

Emails have since surfaced, however, showing that Levine had been close to both Epstein and his longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.

In a statement she read to the committee, Kellen said she was sexually assaulted by Levine and Fekkai and accused Demarchelier of exposing himself to her, according to the Herald.

Maxwell told the Department of Justice last year that Levine had been her “very good friend,” adding that she was introduced to former President Bill Clinton “because of Philip Levine,” who has denied that claim, the newspaper said.

“As I have stated previously, my only connection to Jeffrey Epstein arose solely through my former friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell,” Levine told the Herald in a statement earlier this year. “I met Epstein only a few times. I never conducted business with him, never visited his island and never flew on his aircraft. I regret ever meeting him.”

Fekkai, the owner of a prominent New York City salon who has worked with famous clients like Hillary Clinton, has been linked to Epstein dating back to the early 2000s. Maxwell characterized him as “friendly, very friendly” during an interview with the Department of Justice, the Herald reported.

Epstein also offered model trips to Fekkai’s salon and paid for haircuts there until just months before his arrest, according to DOJ emails cited by the newspaper. Epstein also told Latvian model Lana Zakocela in an email sent in November 2010 that he had known Fekkai for 10 years, the Herald reported.

“He's at my house now,” Epstein wrote. “I helped his company form.”
