The 2015 Come-See-Me festival opened with weather best suited for frogs – cool and damp.

While Thursday’s weather was perfect for the arrival of the frogs for Saturday’s Mayor’s Frog Jump at Cherry Park, the off-and-on showers made for a wet walk along the parade route Thursday evening in downtown Rock Hill. But no matter.

There were still plenty of smiles to go around, as participants young and old celebrated spring along with a cast of horses, carriages, floats and vintage autos.
