Shelter dogs up for adoption in North Carolina have adorable Halloween costumes — and social media users can’t get enough.
People flocked to Facebook to react to the posts and rave about the stylish pups. While some North Carolina-based shelters and animal rescues went the traditional, supernatural route with witch costumes, another took inspiration from pop culture as it dressed its dogs as Barbie and Ken.
