The mega music festival is returning to the heart of downtown Raleigh with dozens of rap, rock and pop artists on Sept. 4-6, festival organizers announced Thursday.

Marking a milestone in its 15th edition, the three-day event will be headlined by My Morning Jacket, Earl Sweatshirt, Sparks, Built to Spill, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Crumb across two stages, festival organizers announced.
