SC zoo sets up webcam to watch baby giraffe’s birth
The Greenville Zoo is on “baby watch” as the resident giraffes prepare to welcome another calf into the world.
The zoo has launched a live streaming webcam in anticipation of the baby’s arrival.
More than a million people around the world witnessed the 2012 birth of Autumn and Walter’s first giraffe calf, Kiki.
The new calf is expected “very soon,” zoo officials said Wednesday.
The live webcam is sponsored by the Friends of the Greenville Zoo.
