"The Flood Advisory will expire at 7:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following area, Berkeley. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," comments the NWS Charleston SC.
