Fort Mill High School’s Alivia Cleveland is The Herald’s athlete of the week.
The Yellow Jackets’ sophomore won the Girls’ Odd 5K race by nearly 22 seconds at the South Carolina 5A qualifier at Newberry College on Nov. 3. Cleveland’s time was 18 minutes, 39.60 seconds.

Cleveland helped the Fort Mill girls’ cross-country team to a runner-up finish at the meet.
