Fort Mill’s Bella Corbi is The Herald’s high school athlete of the week.
The Yellow Jackets’ sophomore won the 50 freestyle, 100 free and swam on the winning 200 and 400 free relays in a meet with Clover, Northwestern and South Pointe at Rock Hill Aquatic Center. Fort Mill’s girls won the Sept. 16 meet.
She also won all four events she competed in — including the 200 free, 100 butterfly, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay — to lead Fort Mill to another victory in a meet with Andrew Jackson, Riverwalk Academy and Rock Hill at the Rock Hill Aquatic Center on Sept. 18.
