Several Midlands and Rock Hill area players were picked for the Carolinas Classic All-Star boys and girls basketball games.

The games, featuring top seniors in both states, will be in South Carolina for the first time since 2017 and will be held March 21 at Dorman High School. The games originally were supposed to be held at Catawba Ridge High School in Fort Mill, but it was announced earlier this month that they will be at Dorman for the next three years.

The games were in Wilmington from 2018-2025.

Midlands players on the rosters include Ridge View’s Talan Staley, Dutch Fork’s Justus Bell, Blythewood’s Chase Thomas, Camden’s LA Alexander, Lower Richland’s Jhnai Sumter.

Rock Hill players picked for the game are South Pointe’s Tre Raymon and Rock Hill’s Chloe Hudson.

North Carolina rosters haven’t been released yet.
