Panthers’ 2026 undrafted free-agent tracker: 11 rookies reach reported deals

The Carolina Panthers enhanced their roster with seven draft picks this weekend. But there’s still work to be done heading into rookie minicamp next month.

The Panthers will now turn their attention to undrafted free agency. Several talented prospects remain on the open market, and Carolina will look to take advantage with quick contract agreements and minicamp invites.

The Charlotte Observer is tracking all the movement on the undrafted market below with live updates:

Check back throughout the weekend for more updates on the undrafted free-agent group.

The Panthers entered the draft with 75 players on their roster. The team selected seven prospects in the draft. That put the team at 82 players before undrafted free agency. They’ll also be able to designate one foreign-born player as an International Pathway Program exemption, with Maz Mwansa returning to the fold. So, with 91 slots on the roster, the team could make nine undrafted additions without making a corresponding move. But based on various reports, they have exceeded that total.

Teams typically make some cuts to their incumbent roster following the draft to make room for new faces, and with the 10 agreements in place, those cuts will likely happen for the Panthers as well.
