Winthrop basketball coach Pat Kelsey was interviewed for 12 minutes Tuesday on the Jim Rome Show, one of many national media spots the Eagles’ fifth-year coach will be busy with this week.

The Eagles clinched an NCAA Tournament spot Sunday with a 17-point win over Campbell in the Big South Conference championship, confirming the program’s return to the Big Dance for the first time since 2010.
