High school roundup: Tobik nets lone goal in Nation Ford girls’ soccer win

Emily Tobik scored the only goal of the game to give the Nation Ford girls a 1-0 soccer win over Clover in a Region 3-4A match at Clover.

Broome 6, South Pointe 4: The Centurions broke a 3-3 tie by outscoring the Stallions 3-1 on penalty kicks to pick up a Region 3-3A victory at South Pointe.

The match was tied 2-2 at halftime.

Boys’ Soccer

Clover 1, Nation Ford 0: Fernando Alpizar Ramos scored the only goal of the game in the second half as the Blue Eagles edged the Falcons in a Region 3-4A match at Nation Ford.

The win put the Blue Eagles in first place in the region.
