Northwestern and South Pointe Remain in the Top 10 Media Football Poll for Another Week

The Northwestern Trojans and the South Pointe Stallions are again included in the Top 10 media high school football poll. Those two teams lead six area teams that are included this week.

The Stallions and the Trojans are the only area teams to make the Top 10 in every poll thus far this season.

In 4A Northwestern remained fourth, while South Pointe and the Catawba Ridge Copperheads respectively stayed fifth and sixth. Following a loss last Friday night, the Indian Land Warriors dropped three places to the 10th.

In 2A the Buford Yellow Jackets stayed in the fifth spot. The Lewisville Lions dropped one spot to fifth in this week’s 1A poll.
