The Chester Cyclones built a 27-16 lead at halftime and went on to claim a 50-33 victory over the Buford Yellow Jackets in a non-region game at Buford Tuesday night.
Deja Marshall led the way for Chester with 20 points. When she scored her seventh point of the game in the second quarter, she reached the 1,000-point mark for her career. Browniee McCrorey added 19 points for the Cyclones.

The Bruins led 44-39 after three periods, but Rock Hill won the fourth quarter 15-7 to pull out the win, which was the second this year against Lancaster.
Kendall Lahr led Rock Hill with 13 points, and Brooklyn Bailey followed with 12. Malia Rivers paced Lancaster with a game-high 19 points. Keyotta Garris added 14 for the Bruins.
