Jodee Tindal of Rock Hill shot a final round 91 to finish with a 3-day total of 264, good for 20th at the inaugural Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship Monday at TPC Myrtle Beach.

Tindal – a South Pointe junior – shot 87-86-91 (264) for the weekend. The event’s 90-player field, which includes boys and girls divisions, is comprised of the game’s next generation of stars. Players from 12 states and eight countries participated in the 54-hole tournament.

Overall, eight of the top 12 boys and seven of the top 10 girls from South Carolina played, as well as six of the top 10 boys from North Carolina. Among the countries represented at the event are Canada, China, England, Japan, Philippines, Scotland and Sweden. Nearly a quarter of the field will be comprised of international players.
