Last Friday was a tough night for the state’s undefeated teams with only 10 of the 14 that had perfect records entering the night emerging still unscathed.

Spring Valley went down to Dutch Fork, Barnwell was blanked by Bamberg-Ehrhardt and Southside Christian fell to Abbeville. The previous night, Thursday, Chapman dropped region rival Newberry in a battle of two unbeatens.

Here’s the teams that are left in the perfect column headed into the final week of the 2017 regular season:
