York County coroner identifies victim in Clover homicide

The York County Coroner’s Office has identified the man found dead late Wednesday at a mobile home near Clover.

Jerry Proctor, 44, was found at a mobile home on Justin Drive, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Autopsy and toxicology results are pending.

York County deputies are investigating the death as a homicide, said Trent Faris, spokesperson for the office.

Police have one person in custody, Faris said.
