A Rock Hill man has been accused of sexual exploitation of a minor after child porn videos and photos were found in his home, police said.
David Wayne Faulkenberry, 49, was arrested late Monday by York County Sheriff’s Office deputies following an investigation by Internet crime detectives, said Robert Kittle, spokesman for the S.C. Attorney General’s Office.
Faulkenberry had pornographic videos and photos involving children, Kittle said.
The investigation was done by agents from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force, which includes police agencies around South Carolina.
Each charge carries up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Faulkenberry faces up to 90 years in prison if convicted on all charges. Faulkenberry is being held without bond at the York County jail.
