Over 200,000 people are expected to attend this year’s Presidents Cup at Quail Hollow Club. Here’s our latest coverage, analysis and news from the tournament.

The city of Charlotte is preparing to host the 2022 Presidents Cup at Quail Hollow Club where an estimated 200,000 are expected to be at or around the golf event.

Due to the expected increase in traffic from the event, Charlotte residents should anticipate longer travel times on the road, especially in the Quail Hollow area, according to a news release from the city.

The tournament is scheduled for Sept. 20-26.

If you’re planning to attend the tournament, here’s how to get to Quail Hollow Club, along with parking and shuttle services for the event in Charlotte.

How to get to Quail Hollow Club

Quail Hollow Club is at 3700 Gleaneagles Rd. in southeast Charlotte.

Directions from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Interstate 85 North, Interstate 85 South, Interstate 77 North, Interstate 77 South and N.C. 51 can be found on the Quail Hollow Club website.

Parking and shuttle options

Many parking and shuttle options for ticket holders will be located throughout Charlotte, according to the President’s Cup website.

Ticket holders can travel to and from the Presidents Cup in uptown on a free shuttle from the Charlotte Convention Center on East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Light rail transportation

The Presidents Cup has also partnered with the City of Charlotte to offer transportation on the LYNX Blue Line. The light rail will transport fans to and from the event with multiple stops on the way to Quail Hollow. Riders can exit the light rail at the Sharon Road West Station where shuttles will be located to transport them to the event.

Ticket holders who do not want to drive to the event can be dropped off at the Uber and Lyft lot located on Gleneagles Road, just across the street from the main entrance to the Presidents Cup.
