Under the weather? New Fort Mill IV clinic will help with illness, jet lag, other issues
A new wellness clinic will open Aug. 9 in Baxter. Owners hope the clinic can make a splash, one drop at a time.
Hydrate Medical Fort Mill is the fifth clinic for Charlotte-based hydration and wellness clinic Hydrate Medical. The location will provide IV drips for immune system boosts, vitamin intake, jet lag or hangover recovery and other medical needs.
Hydrate Medical Fort Mill will be at 936 Market St., suite 101. It’s near Baxter Nails, Cupcrazed Cakery, Starbucks and OM Yoga, among others.
“The addition of our fifth clinic demonstrates the growing interest that we are seeing in the Charlotte area and beyond,” said clinic medical director and co-founder Jonathan Leake, M.D. “We are excited to expand to the bustling core of Fort Mill high-end retail and dining and continue to safely bring IV hydration therapy to North Carolina and South Carolina.”
Hydrate Medical has sites in Dilworth, Lake Norman, Ballantyne, Raleigh and Asheville, N.C.
The spa-like setting has drips administered by registered nurses. Drips take about 45 minutes.
Hydrate Fort Mill will be open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Appointments, preferred but not required, can be booked online or by calling 803-560-3098.
The first 30 guests to receive drips at opening Aug. 9 will receive a goodie bag with water bottles, koozies and coupons for drips.
