Hungry? A new Fort Mill restaurant hot spot welcomes two new openings within a week
Two new Fort Mill restaurants will open within days of each other, and diners won’t have to go far to try both.
Super Chix Chicken & Custard has its grand opening Thursday. The 810 Brayden Parkway, suite 101 restaurant will feature breaded and grilled chicken sandwiches, tenders, fries, salads and custard. The endcap space is 2,900 square feet. Super Chix has locations in five states.
The restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
Super Chix will give away a free chicken sandwich to the first 100 customers on Saturday.
In the same Brayden Village shopping center as Super Chix, at suite 103, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will have its grand opening Oct. 25. Capriotti’s is a Delaware company with sites in 26 states. The 1,600-square-foot shop will offer sub sandwiches like homemade turkey and chicken cheesesteak.
According to the company, the Fort Mill restaurant is the first of 10 planned across the Charlotte area. The new shop will employ 15 people and have online, in advance ordering.
“We’re eager to introduce Fort Mill and the surrounding Charlotte community to our unrivaled flavor options and made-to-order capabilities,” said Todd Guear, franchise partner for Capriotti’s. “Being able to offer this level of quality and craft in a place that we’ve called home for the last 10 years is an honor and we’re excited to provide future fanatics with the caliber of sandwich that they deserve.”
Capriotti’s will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The new restaurants won’t be alone. Previously announced tenants for the 33,000-square-foot Brayden Village between Fort Mill and Tega Cay include Inizio Pizza Napoletana, Duck Donuts, Sola Salon Studios, Pacific Dental, ISI Elite Training and Trendy Nail Bar.
A StretchLab location is now planned there too. The business provides customized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. StretchLab has more than 300 locations in 25 states.
The addition of StretchLab leaves five remaining tenant spaces at the new shopping center at S.C. 160 and Brayden Parkway.
“We have sincere interest from tenants for all the remaining available spaces,” said Josh Beaver with leasing group The Nichols Company.
