A York County teen was charged Friday with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after computer images of children were found, South Carolina officials said.
Cole Edward Ashe, 17, was charged Friday by York County Sheriff's Office deputies, according to Robert Kittle, spokesman for the S.C. Attorney General's Office, and jail records.
Ashe was released later Friday on $50,000 bond, jail officials said.
Ashe was investigated and charged as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children task force initiative prosecuted by the S.C. Attorney General's Office, Kittle said.

It is unclear when Ashe will have his first court date.
The arrest by deputies as part of South Carolina's involvement in a nationwide task force against internet crimes involving child victims was the second in York County in less than a week.
