State and local authorities need help finding an elderly Chester man who has not been seen since Thursday afternoon and has multiple medical issues.
Joseph Kelly Heath, 70, was last seen about noon Thursday traveling from Jonesville to his home in Chester, according to a release from the State Law Enforcement Division. He suffers from early stages of dementia and is a severe diabetic and in need of insulin.
Heath is about 6-foot-4 and weighs approximately 225 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
Heath’s vehicle is a charcoal gray 2007 Chevrolet Malibu sedan. The vehicle has a blue veteran tag on the back (No. VT19827) and a Marine Corps tag on the front.
