Rock Hill woman has been missing for a month. Deputies say they need the public’s help

Police in York County are asking for the public’s help in finding a Rock Hill woman who has not been seen for more than a month.

Christine Grant, 52, was last seen by a roommate on Nov. 15 at an apartment on Virginia Dare Drive in Rock Hill, said Lt. W.J. Miller of the York County Sheriff’s Office.

Grant was reported missing later by her family, Miller said.

The sheriff’s office posted a request for help from the public Tuesday on the agency’s Facebook and Twitter social media pages.

Grant told family she was going to Greenville to take care of her mother, said Trent Faris, spokesman for the sheriff’s office. Grant never arrived in Greenville and has not been heard from since, Faris said.

Grant is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and 180 pounds, deputies said. She was driving a blue Dodge Caliber with South Carolina license plate 6209MQ, according to deputies.

Anyone with information on Grant’s whereabouts can call Miller at 803-628-3059 or York County Crimestoppers at 877-409-4321.
