Chester man apologizes in court for 2016 triple DUI deaths at sentencing

Joseph DeWayne Knox, 44, of Chester, S.C. was sentenced to 16 years in prison after pleading no contest to driving drunk in an Oct. 23, 2016 crash that killed three people. Knox was the only survivor. He has three previous DUI convictions.
