House with teens inside shot into south of downtown Rock Hill. Police seek suspects

A house with two teens inside was shot into Sunday in Rock Hill, police said.

Neither of the teens inside the house were hurt, said Lt. Michael Chavis of the Rock Hill Police Department.

The shooting happened before 1 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Green Street, Chavis said. The area is south of downtown Rock Hill.

The house was damaged by gunfire, Chavis said. Officers found several shell casings outside the home, he said.

Neighbors told police a car was scene fleeing the area after shots were fired, Rock Hill police said in a statement.

No arrests have been made.

Patrol officers, forensics units and detectives responded to the scene, according to police.
