Rock Hill Police have arrested the final suspect in a 2014 burglary at an East White Street home, during which two people were shot.

Kenterious Dyshae Dre’Shaun Hinton, 21, was charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count each of first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He remained in the York County Detention Center without bond on Monday.

The shooting happened June 5, 2014, at 632 E. White St.

Police have said multiple suspects entered the home and shot Brian Lagrant White and Shann Jamar Hood while inside White’s home. White, authorities said, was shot in the arm and taken to Piedmont Medical Center and later released.

Hood was shot twice – once in the leg and once in the chest – and airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center where, a family member said at a bond hearing for Miller’s co-defendant, he required “special surgery” to save his life.

Two other suspects charged in connection with the shooting have pleaded guilty.

Daquece Agurs, 23, was charged in connection with the shooting. He pleaded guilty in August to attempted armed robbery, first-degree assault and battery and pointing and presenting a firearm. A judge sentenced Agurs to 10 years in prison for the assault charge, five years on the pointing and presenting charge and time served on the attempted armed robbery charge, with the sentences running concurrently.

Nasia Crosby, 19, pleaded guilty a short time later to a drug charge and accessory before the fact to attempted armed robbery, and was sentenced to three years and time served, respectively.
