Day after gunshots heard, neighbor finds couple dead in their home, TX cops say
A neighbor checking on a married couple found them dead in their home, Texas deputies said.
The night before, the person heard gunshots in their neighborhood, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a May 17 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
By May 17, they hadn’t heard from their neighbors, deputies said. They found the husband and wife shot to death in their Houston home, Gonzalez said.
No suspects have been identified and the motive for the killings is unknown, police said.
The couple was not identified because their next of kin has not been notified.
