Tropical Storm Debby is covering the Triangle in rain, but it hasn’t stopped retailers and grocery stores from opening.

Before venturing out to shop today, be sure to know whether the stores you’re planning to visit are open.

We’ll update this story throughout the day as we receive new information on mall, grocery store and large retail closures.

Which Triangle malls are open?

Individual store or restaurant hours may vary.

  • Crabtree: Open normal business hours (10 a.m.-8 p.m.). Ground-level parking is temporarily closed, but upper-level parking and all ramps are open.
  • The Streets at Southpoint: Open

  • ALDI’s online store locator shows that Triangle locations are open.

Carlie C’s IGA

  • The online store locator shows all locations open today. Carlie C’s has not shared news of any closures on its social media page.

Food Lion

  • Food Lion’s store locator shows that Triangle locations are open.

Harris Teeter

  • Store locations in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Carrboro and Durham are open, the grocer’s website shows.

Lidl

  • Lidl’s online store locator shows that Triangle stores are open.

Lowes Foods

  • The grocer’s Triangle locations are open today.

Publix

According to the grocer’s website, the following Publix stores are open:

  • Raleigh (417 W. Peace St.)
  • Raleigh (9640 Leesville Road)
  • Cary (3480 Kildaire Farm Road)
  • Cary (1020 Bradford Plaza Way)
  • Cary (425 Emissary Drive)
  • Wendell (2257 Wendell Falls Pkwy)

  • Durham (1065 Yunus Road)
  • Clayton (24 Publix Drive)

The Fresh Market

  • The grocer’s online store locator shows Triangle stores are open.

Trader Joe’s

  • Stores in the Triangle are open.

Weaver Street Market

  • The co-op’s Southern Village location in Chapel Hill, at 716 Market St., experienced “weather-related issues” Thursday morning. After announcing a delayed opening, the store shared on social media that it would not open for the day.
  • Weaver Street Market’s Carrboro and Raleigh locations are open.

Wegmans

  • Raleigh (1200 Wake Towne Drive): Open
  • Chapel Hill (1810 Fordham Blvd.): Open
  • Morrisville (3710 Davis Drive): Open
  • Wake Forest (11051 Ligon Mill Road): Open

Whole Foods Market

  • Triangle locations are open, according to the grocer’s website.
