Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack opens today, with giveaways and activities for its new Fort Mill location.

The new chicken restaurant across from Elisha Park will open at 11 a.m. July 31. The former Coleman’s Garage site at 314 N. White St. will be the fourth location for Bossy Beulah’s.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the opening of our first South Carolina location and to become part of the Fort Mill community,” owner Jim Noble said in a release Tuesday to announce the opening date.

Early guests can walk away with more than chicken. The first 50 guests will get a $100 gift card, “Bossy swag pack” with souvenir cup, koozie and pin. The next 50 guests will get a $25 gift card and swag pack.

Five randomly selected guests among the first 100 there will get free Beaut chicken sandwiches for a year.

A separate party, the Big Bossy Bash, will come with grand opening Aug. 5. That day will bring kids activities and giveaways, starting at 11 a.m.

The new chicken site transforms a long-time auto service building in Fort Mill. Bossy Beaulah’s has 2,300 square feet of space with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 130 people.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week.
