Rock Hill will get a new Chipotle. Here is where diners can expect to see it
Rock Hill will get a new Chipotle.
The Warren Norman Company announced Wednesday that Chipotle Mexican Grill is the first signed tenant at Allston. The new development is about half a mile from Piedmont Medical Center, along Herlong Avenue at Arden Lane and Bly Street.
The 2,300-square-foot Chipotle at is part of more than 8,800 planned square feet of retail space to go with 97 townhomes.
Southern Builders of York County recently posted a Facebook update noting it had broken ground on the Allston retail site for Warren Norman. Renderings with that post show new structures with a Five Guys label, but not Chipotle. Warren Norman only announced the Chipotle site on Wednesday.
Chipotle offers burrito, bowl and other Mexican style options with a variety of meats and flavors. Chipotle has sites nationwide, with 37 of them in South Carolina including locations in Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Indian Land. Charlotte has another 14 sites.
